In October 2025, the Consortium of Migrants Assisting NNOs, in cooperation with the Organization for Aid to Refugees, the Association for Integration and Migration, and InBáze, launched a project providing free legal assistance in the return process to third-country nationals who do not (or no longer) meet the conditions for entry or residence in the Czech Republic. The project also provides information on voluntary return options, increases the effectiveness of returns, contributes to the management of migration flows, and implements common asylum and immigration policies in compliance with the rights and principles of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The main objective of the project is to ensure that third-country nationals and applicants for international protection are informed and receive qualified legal assistance if they are placed in a detention center and have been issued a decision to leave the territory.
