The service offers counselling in the social, legal and psychosocial areas. Counselling is provided in Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, English, French, Spanish, other languages with an interpreter. The organisation’s staff also provide counselling via telephone, internet, and may include accompaniment to meetings, interpreting, mediation, etc. The most common areas of counselling are: residence in the Czech Republic, employment, housing, social security, pensions, health insurance and social care, state social support, labour law counselling, family and financial counselling. The service is based on the principles of free of charge, expertise and discretion. The number of users includes services provided in the outpatient and field form of an anonymous user service. In our opinion and based on a partial assessment of client satisfaction, the services are effective and necessary. Thanks to the fact that we are able to solve a wide range of orders with clients, we contribute to their integration into society and the prevention of social exclusion.
