The project aims to strengthen the ability of migrants and refugees in the Czech Republic to recognize manifestations of racism and discrimination and to respond to them safely. At the same time, it seeks to enhance the professional capacities of intercultural workers, counsellors, and other helping professions in working with victims of racism and discriminatory treatment. Through intercultural work, training, and practical toolkit, the project contributes to the social inclusion of migrants and refugees while also supporting the capacity building of frontline workers in direct client work.
