At Simi, we have been dedicated to supporting migrants in the Czech Republic for more than three decades. We provide advice to those looking for a new home here, while also actively working with the Czech public to develop mutual understanding and good coexistence. We also apply our experience and expertise as a partner of the state and local governments in creating legislation and public policies that affect the lives of these people.
We believe that coexistence between all residents of the Czech Republic can be fairer and more welcoming. However, our work is only one piece of the puzzle – the other is the support from those who care about the future of our society. Together we can change things for the better!

Online tutoring
Help pupils and students with a different mother tongue better understand Czech and find their way around the Czech school environment. Tutoring takes place online with methodological support from our team.
Support
in finding housing
Through the Refugees Welcome platform, we help newcomers find accommodation and organize practical workshops for them about housing in the Czech Republic.
Sharing
of professional experience
Use your expertise and skills to develop Simi, whether it’s photography, translations, graphic design, PR or IT support.
